30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached and proof of purchase included.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
